I have some success with minor repairs using a heated spoon with one of my onaholes which is made from TPE. However, it was not with a huge tear just some separation from dual layers design. i think there are some youtube vids on doing this.

Yeah good point, I've used it to repair a small split on Melissa's wrist area but didn't think about the amount of traffic the vagina gets. I think most people live with tears like that or they retire the doll from sex? Not sure. None of my ladies have tears but I also use ridiculous amounts of lube so maybe that helps 😁
Also, vaseline on high traffic areas will help them maintain flexibility over time.
I’ve had virtually zero success with TPE solvent on high stress areas.
It is very good for punctures and minor cuts that can be closed easily.
But in very high stress areas like discussed here, I’ve only been successful with heat welding it using a low watt soldering iron.
I however do agree with Kelly in that it’s a very ADVANCED technique to do.
Ventilation, Respirator with carbon organic vapor filters, Controlled temperature iron, completely clean and dry TPE area to work on.
And plenty of practice and patience.

This is what I have used for repairs. I recommend watching some YouTube videos before using it so you understand how quick the reaction is with the TPE. It starts melting within a fraction of a second. If you have a spare toy or something you could do a practice run with I HIGHLY suggest it 👍

Depends on the location and severity of the tear, but you can order TPE glue for minor to medium repairs. They may sell it here, dunno.
Some people occasionally will try heating but this is strongly discouraged. TPE doesn't melt in a way that can be reformed so avoid this approach at all costs!
