I am very seriously thinking about buying a new doll from this company when I get my stimulus check. In the past year I have bought two dolls from alisepress. The first one which is no longer available in a 125cm height. Got the doll. It was the same doll but I was sent the doll in only 100cm height. Contacted the seller and got a partial refund for the price difference in the dolls, which I thought was very fair. The doll I got wont even stand on it's own or even hold a simple pose. After seeing this post I think the doll I got had the same kind of wire skeleton. Even after a couple of days wires started poking out of the fingers which looked a lot like plain old electrical wire. Paid a little under $200 for the doll. The second doll I ordered was this one.

Ordered the 132cm doll. the photos are of the doll that I received .Not even the right doll. Contacted the seller directly and ask to either to get an exchange for the correct doll or a refund. They replied back saying "Due to different shooting angles, there will be deviations am very sorry for your dissatisfaction with the doll. We are willing to send some gifts as compensation." They didn't even offer a partial refund. I didn't accept. Since I paid for the doll with my Paypal cash card, I filed a complaint on this order through Paypal and as of now is still under investigation. Hope I get a resolution soon.

On a different subject, I emailed this company (love dream dolls) about how the head attaches to the body. Got a reply that they screw on. Would any screw on head from any different company fit on these dolls?
Will do, The doll I got, I'm not that disappointed in the actual doll, just that they sent a different one from what I orederd.
On this one I'm letting Paypal handle the dispute. Maybe they can do a better job of getting better result that if I tried on my own.
Exactly right.
I also googled the address of the California warehouse address and found out the name of that company is 4xp worldwide express, a Chinese owned warehouse and shipper. Wondering if they got the orders wrong of just randomly picked out any doll and sent it anyway.
This was the second doll I ordered but was sent the wrong doll. As I already said the seller told me ""Due to different shooting angles, there will be deviations" does this look anything like the doll I received?
The first doll I got now I'm pretty sure is also one of the floppy wire dolls. It can hardly sit upright on it's own. That was the one I got the partial refund on. Got lucky even on a partial refund.
Both of the dolls I ordered I chose shipping from the United States and both dolls (from different sellers) came from the same warehouse in Commerce California.
Ah, good old Alibaba and his 40 thieves...
At least you were able to get the partial refund for the difference. Aliexpress determined with mine that since I ordered a 100cm and received 100cm that was close enough for them. Gotta love the stubborn denial of these sellers. After he admitted they sent me the wrong one, he told AE that I "was mislead by makeup and professional lighting, 100% correct doll sent". I used Paypal as well but TBH did not think it worth disputing...
The worst and best doll I've owned both came from there. The best was not worth the stress of the bad and the worse. If you got stuck with a doll built like the one I destroyed, I'm truly sorry. If it's any consolation (and it really isn't when it comes to bait and switch), the doll you shared here is really sexy. Again, not the lady you wanted so I totally feel your pain, but at least she's not UGLY like my little grapefruit head girl.
Here's a pic I sent to AE to show what I was promised and what they actually sent.
Now, one of my favorite dolls came from AE, arrived as advertised and is sexy and fun but took 30 days longer than projected to arrive. I can't blame them for the COVID delays but I can decide to buy in the U.S. moving forward. While I wish LDD and MLD would expand into a few other items, they're hands down the best place to buy a doll in this price range. Miko tood 5-days to arrive because I ordered her on Thursday. Had I ordered her on Monday, I could have had her in 3 or 4. She looks exactly like the photos and is a high quality doll.
Look no further, dude. In the future, I may purchase heads elsewhere if I find one I simply must have in my life, but I will purchase full dolls from LDD and use the extra heads on their bodies as I quite like making Frankencuties.
RK speaks the truth, you can count on this company to send you what you ordered and in a prompt fashion. Hope you stick around and pick up a doll from Michael, he's a great dude at a great company. Many of us own more than one doll from them (reading that in the forum was what helped me decide to buy from them).
When you buy from LDD, you will receive exactly what you order! You can choose any head you like, with any medium or large Body, too. Very fast shipping...3-5 days, typically, in the U.S.
